Quebec . . . The Western world's greatest mission field.. 7.6 million people, 3.95 millions speak French only. 360,000 speak English only. 2.66 million speak both French & English. Quebec is French. But it is also English, and Aboriginal. and Ethnic.
French Canadian culture is over 86% Catholic, Most Quebecers have a genuine spiritual interest, but few attend mass and most reject the institutional church. Sunday morning attendance in Protestant Evangelical Churches is less than 1% of the population. 1.8 million people and 850 communities have no evangelical church witness.
Joy grew up in the province of Quebec, and pastored there for over 15 years. Quebec is now her main ministry focus in North America. She has a passion to see a powerful and transforming move of God in the province.
